Responsible Growth for a Sustainable Future
SHINTS is setting a higher standard for sustainable business through practical ESG initiatives across production sites, employee welfare, and local communities.
Reducing Carbon Emissions in Production

Powered by a Low-Carbon Energy Grid
Ethiopia's electricity grid is largely powered by hydropower. Based on this low-carbon energy environment, SHINTS Ethiopia maintains carbon emissions at approximately 5% compared with equivalent production in China and Indonesia.
Fair Wages and Employee Welfare
The compensation system at SHINTS Ethiopia exceeds Ethiopia's public-sector minimum wage. When base salary, daily meals, dormitory support, childcare, and other welfare programs are included, total compensation is more than 300% of the public-sector minimum wage.
